In the Bubble

Typically, when you hear the term, "in the bubble," it carries the negative connotation of someone who mindlessly follows the crowd without looking outside of the immediate. At A20, we are proponents of people living in their own bubble, impervious to social norms or boring expectations. Melvin Sokosky is one such person, both literally with his bubble series and figuratively with his visionary style. His fashion photography (sans photoshop or formal training!) remains inspiring and relevant more than half a century later. Enjoy.
